JU Child Safety Standards

1. Purpose and scope
This page describes JU’s standards for the protection of children. It applies to the JU mobile app and related services, including user-generated content such as profiles, events, and messages.
JU is intended for users aged 18 or over. Minors may not register for or use the service.
This page is public, does not require an account, and supplements the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
2. Zero tolerance for the exploitation of children
JU has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and the sexual exploitation of children. Such content and conduct are prohibited without exception.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
The following are prohibited on JU, including but not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Sexualization of minors.
- Grooming, including attempts to engage a minor in sexual contact or to obtain sexual content from a minor.
- Sexual solicitation involving minors.
- Trafficking or other exploitation of minors.
- Sharing, storing, or requesting sexual content involving minors.
- Any other sexual or exploitative conduct involving minors.
4. How to report a violation
If you encounter content or conduct that may violate these standards, you can report it in the JU app without leaving the app:
User profile: open the profile → Report.
Event: open the event in the feed or on the event screen → Report.
Message in an event chat or a direct conversation: long-press another user’s message → Report.
Choose a report reason. To describe a child-safety concern, you may select “Other” (Другое) and provide details, or select “Inappropriate content” (Неприемлемый контент).
You may also block a user: open the profile → Block.
You may additionally write to support@ju-app.com. Never send your password. Include your account email and a description of the concern.
5. Our response
After receiving a report or upon identifying a violation, JU may hide or remove content, restrict features, and restrict or suspend accounts.
JU may retain reports and related moderation records where required by law or reasonably necessary to review a violation.
JU does not promise 24/7 monitoring of all content and does not claim automated detection of prohibited material.
6. Competent authorities
JU complies with applicable child-safety laws. Where there is a legal basis, JU may provide information to competent authorities.
Where applicable law imposes a duty to report child sexual exploitation, JU acts in accordance with that duty.
JU does not claim a standing partnership with any particular organization and does not promise automatic referral of every report.
